The fallout of SECRET WARS has left alot of unanswered questions.  How exactly was the universe rebuilt?  Who was allowed to survive and why?  What are the consequences?  There are so many pieces that don't fit together.  Arguably the biggest mystery not involving "Cosmic Abstracts" is WHO IS MILES MORALES?

Back in 2012 we got our first Team up of 616 and 1610 Spider-man (and the 1610's first meeting of the 616 in general).  A dimensional rift created by Mysterio sent Peter into the Ultimate Universe.  At the close of their adventure Peter Parker decided to check if a Miles Morales existed in his universe.  The event ended on a teaser, leaving fans to speculate what Peter saw.

A popular theory of many fans, including myself, was that Peter saw a You-tube Clip of his younger self saving a toddler Miles Morales.  As seen in "Spider-Man: Season One", an update in Peter Parkers Origin.  5 years later that theory was proven wrong.

In a twist many didn't see coming it appears 616 Miles is an adult, and most likely a villain.  I know we're stereotyping here but most good guys don't have a face full of scars (excluding deadpool, and he's not really a good guy anyway).

See?

See?

Multiple versions of characters being condensed into the same universe, is never a good thing (ask the X-men).  It seems that the same dimensional rift, or a similar one, from the 1610 is open again.  Which is impossible since that does not exist anymore (or does it?).  Miles isn't the only 1610 native displaced into the new universe.

There are those who remember the events of Secret Wars including Doom Himself.

Not only are multiple versions of characters running throughout the same universe, those characters don't fit anywhere.  If Miles Morales is now a native of the new Marvel Universe, where did his powers come from?  What is his origin?  How do the lives of all the displaced characters simply blend in?  What about Rio Morales? Miles Mom who was brought back from the dead by Molecule Man.  Prior to her death in 1610, she knew about Miles being spider-man, yet in this universe she is just finding out.  At what point in her life did molecule man resurrect her at?

In the new reality Miles has it all, a mentor in Peter Parker, Parents that both know and protect his secret, and his best friend, Ganke.  Where's the tragedy?  That's not how spider-man works... 1610 Peter was like his uncle Ben, His mom was like his Gwen Stacy.  Those events helped mold him, yet he gets away scot-free.  Comic book logic says there has to be something very bad coming his way.

There are also inconsistencies on how Miles met Peter now.  The first "Spider-men" is obvious, but post secret wars "Spider-Man" has written a slightly different first meeting.

Yet both still remember this first meeting.

Of course not everyone is oblivious to continuity and time being broken.

but the scale of cheeseburger fallout is too big

Multiple heroes from 1610 fought alongside 616 in the climax to Secret Wars.  Why didn't they survive?

Who's to say they didn't?

The plan to rebuild the Multiverse post Secret Wars seemed solid.  What went wrong?  Is it molecules meddling?  Could his erratic behavior and unlimited power be the real threat?

Whats else behind the portal now? Did Reed rebuild 1610? What does fixing any of this really mean? Will Miles go back to 1610?  Will his mother die again? Was the cheeseburger worth it? Why do we have to wait so long to find out? BENDIS!!!
