Green Arrow #40 is once again filler and feels very  much like filler, it’s to hold us over till the next creative team takes over which makes this issue (and last) not necessarily good or bad, they are just there.

This issue concludes Green Arrows fight against Nobody, who is very much a Deathstroke wanna be) which turns out to be as anticlimactic and not exciting as the last issue was. The art has a sketchy and slightly sloppy style to it that seems inconsistent from page to page, but like the writing it’s never bad but never good either. 

What sucks is that this story could have been really cool, and I could talk all day about what could have been but it’s here and out and is what it is. The story doesn’t progress Oliver’s story in any way and gives him no development or growth at all so really what’s the point? Green Arrow #40 gets a...
